Mexico Vacations: Honeymooning in Mexico

Nothing beats a honeymoon in Mexico. This country was made for romance. You can stay at one of the hundreds of pristine resorts in the country and enjoy the beautiful climate, hospitality and accommodations. A honeymoon in Mexico is ideal, which is one reason why this is the number one honeymoon destination.

You can fly to Mexico and stay at one of the fabulous resorts, or you can take a cruise to Mexico leaving from Florida or California. Either way, your Mexican honeymoon will be everything that you ever dreamed of and more. From the ruins of the Aztec Temples to the beautiful climate and pristine waters, you will never want to leave this beautiful country. The food is great and most resorts cater to American tourists. You will need a passport, however, to re-enter the United States so make sure that your passport is up to date when you book your trip.

Some people prefer the idea of a Mexican Cruise honeymoon. Others prefer to do the whole thing on the boat - including the wedding! And why not? The captain of the ship can marry you so you can get married and even bring some of your guests on the cruise, which is all inclusive. Then you can send them on your way and stay for a week at one of the fabulous resorts where the ship docks. The choices are actually endless when it comes to your Mexican honeymoon. And no matter what you plan, you wil find that it is something that you will never forget.

The luxury resorts in Mexico are very affordable. You can swim all day in a crystal clear pool and sip margaritas that are served by the bartender at the bar that is actually in the pool. The only problem with this scenario is actually imagining leaving this lifestyle. In the evenings, you can go dancing and enjoy the music that plays in most of the resorts. Dinner is tremendous, too. You can find delicious meals in most of the resort restaurants.

There is something very romantic about Mexico, probably due to the beauty of the country as well as the warm climate. The people are very friendly as well. If you like to shop, you can go into the town during the day and get some fantastic deals on jewelry and other souvenirs. Best of all, a Mexican honeymoon does not have to cost you a lot of money. It is actually cheaper to go to Mexico than Disneyworld and you an have a lot more fun and be way more relaxed.

A honeymoon is supposed to be a romantic time to get to know one another as man and wife without any pressure. A honeymoon at a Mexican resort is the ideal way to start off your marriage. When you are planning your honeymoon, take a look at the options - whether you choose a Mexican cruise or a stay at a luxury resort, you will be glad you made this choice.
